Katy Perry is a sparkly chick on this special cover for the December issue of Harper’s Bazaar. Shot by celeb fashion photographer Alexi Lubomirski, the cover shows Perry’s pout covered in 150 red crystal Swarovski Elements. The Swarvoski cover is a limited-edition.
